The Gilbert and Sullivan Society (usually referred to as 'G&S') is a musical group for those interested in the comic operettas of W.S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivan. The society stages two (usually but not always auditioned) shows a year, as well as a number of concerts. Shows are very popular and the society itself highly sociable. There are opportunities for people of all levels of musical ability as well as those who don´t sing but want to be involved in productions in other ways.
