What does this boy not do (apart from as much academic work as some would like)?

SSC Ents Officer, SSC nominee to Musfund, SRC Accommodation Officer, Mermaids Technical and Operations Officer, and probably more that people aren't aware of. He is often seen walking about the union looking at things that most people don't know exist discussing what needs to be put up with Stacy Lee for the next event.

The pair of them have become fast friends recently due to Stacy Lee bluffs which Phil manages to pull off. This has worryingly led to somewhat homoerotic texts from the former about going to the gym amongst other things.

Phil is normally attired either in a suit (if he's had recent presentations to give) or his more common baseball cap in an attempt to look like a ned and thus avoid being given more tasks to complete.
