Review Essay binding.

Hi, I know the bindery is up past Tom Morris Drive, but I was just wondering; what's the format that we use to take our essays to them? Does it have to be on a CD/memory pen, or do you take a paper copy? Also if you take it as a computer file is it alright just to have it as word document? I heard somewhere that it had to be a pdf, but I don't know if that's true or not.

And we need two copys right?

Sorry, I know that's a lot of questions :o).
