Lovely flat in Brownhills (30 min walk/10min bike ride to St Andrews town centre,down scenic coastal path!), situated in quiet building with large shared garden and garage. Available end September (but could negotiate earlier if needed) - 11 month lease to end Aug 2009. £280 per month excluding bills (but including wireless broadband and phone line!).
