Now is the time
#thesinner chatroom has died. This makes no sense. There are students who don't sleep, who have nothing to do. Okay, they have stuff to do but they aren't doing it. So why not talk to other students who are also not doing what they should be doing?! Get in the channel and procrastinate with us. There will be cake. Getting into it involves that link up the top. Then you will have full access to:

*banter of varying quality

*orudge
*company at stupid o'clock because you just didn't plan that essay for the deadline, did you, you silly fool?
*or maybe you did - come and gloat!

i know what you mean.... the last time i went into the chat room, it was shite!! i thought prolly there would be some like-minded people but no! anyhoo I ahve actually stayed up all night, done nothing productive and do not plan to do anything all day today!

"Come to the chatroom -" then list all the positives, with less porn, and no mention of it being dead, or shite. |

Well, it's not crap when there are people there. It's a bit boring when the only one talking is orudge because i can easily just talk to him on msn ;-) It did used to be great fun in the day. I may log in again this evening while i write my essay in order to procrastinate

I've been in the sinner chatroom about 3 times in total over the course of 3 and a half years. It was a waste of time and then i got kicked out for reasons unknown, probably because i was actually talking.

I waste enough time on messageboards . . . and have now discovered the addictive power of LJ *cringe* I can only assume that the chatroom, like MSN, would mean talking to people who are actually just down the hall from me;)

I remember years ago it used to be really fun - as a bit of an insomniac and a slightly unorganised student, I'd chat to others annonymously about random crap to procrastinate. It's a shame it's died down, I think it's just a lack of advertising though ... |
