watching champions league games...where?

I really want to see the Roma-Real Madrid game this evening but don't have a tv. What pubs will be showing it, anybody know? Will the Union have it on?

Wah, wah, wah. You lot lost fair and square: Scotland played really hard the second half, but it just wasn't enough against a fantastic Italian team.

So grow a pair, take it like a man and quit your whining! Nobody likes a sore loser!

I believe Registry have conversion sheets they send out with transcripts, surely they would provide one if you requested it.

Travel to Paris?

I'd planned to go to Paris next week but looking at the news I'm getting pretty worried.

Has anybody been there recently? How bad are the metro disruptions/protests disrupting daily life? The media reports are very vague about the specifics.

Yeah, but I'm talking about full-blown loud running commentary of the "Man, if I had a whip like that, if I did I would totally...(continue for 5 minutes) HA HA HA. Did you see that?! How ridiculous was that? It was totally fake! They could do it so much better if they'd used a...." etc. etc. Laughi...

WHAT is up with people talking in movie theatres?!

I'm serious...is there an epidemic I wasn't aware of until I went to the theatre this week? Twice I was sat in front of a group of really rude people who commented loudly on the movie all through it. Has anybody else had these problems, or am I just incredibly unlucky? And if you have, did reporting...

Re:

Dear McKinley,

If you had emailed the address provided above, as I have asked interested parties to do several times, we probably could have arranged it in time, and it would have been a lot cheaper for all of us.

Unfortunately it is now too late to re-book.

Have a safe flight.

I need to be there for 9:30 at the very latest, and I would prefer to be there for 9. The estimates I have for travel time are for 2-2:15 hours.

Does St. Andrews have a skiing/snowboarding club? If so, how would I contact them? (I've checked the usual sites and found no mention of any :(
