Re: Grad ball ticket exchange

If you have the opportunity to exchange your ticket today or tomorrow, go for it. Otherwise, as the website says, exchange at the door (but be prepared for a short wait). If y...

Who's in town?

Who's in town at the moment? Shall we organise a get together at the weekend? Maybe even a Sinner Dinner that we've heard talk about?

Re: Garage

Bassaguard up by Aldi, and Guardbrige Motors over in Guardbridge have both served me well.

Re: The Sinner's Guide - We Need You!

I daresay you (and anyone else with a Sinner account) could have a bash at updating it. The more the merrier, right?

It's appalling that the mayor hadn't been told about it - something of a faux pas by the President's office...

Re: On the Rocks

I've been really impressed with the level of talent in St Andrews yet again. I really enjoyed HalfCut last night, but missed the selection evening (I heard that Stairmaster was a great film, but didn't quite make it to the awards night)

Re: Mornington Crescent, Round 2

Too much choice! Do I go North to West Finchley, or West to Ealing Broadway? I wanted to check whether a branchline to Shoreditch were permissable, but someone's already booked out Harpington's Concise MC (1998, rev.) from both the town library and University library. Sneaky! I'm going to go out on ...

Re: Jerry Springer

I saw it last night and loved it.
The only mockery I could discern was that of the talk show itself.

Re: What do you put on the barbecue?

Lizzie_Liz - Sweet chilli and irn bru? Sounds weird, but I could see how the sugar would caramelise on the barbecue and be quite tasty. Gubbins - to be fair, if it's windy, most barbecued food ends up with a bit of charcoal on it... Duggeh - although it sounds disgusting at first, I think I could ac...

Re: MOTHER'S DAY ON SUNDAY

Perhaps you should read your and my posts again Eagle. Your post came across as condescending and patronising. It sounds like you are trying to address some 6 year old pupils at school! My post was intended to point that out. What's that rubbish about flowers you're going on about? I said (or at le...

Re: Jade Goody has only months to live.

I think you misunderstand me. I am well aware of her situation, and its history. I was referring to undetected cancer in other young women, and as you've pointed out, they should now be well aware of the dangers of ignoring the invitations for screening. This is an extremely high profile case which ...
