Re:

Just because it's in the contract doesn't mean they are legally allowed to force you.

The contract might state that the tenant isn't allowed to change supplier without the landlord's knowledge/permission, but I'd check with a legal representative.

Landlords must give 24 hours notice for access to your flat. They are allowed to enter with less notice for emergencies (repairs etc), but should ask a police officer to accompany them (in case anything goes missing, they would have the legal backup). The term RA (Residence Assistant) is used to des...

If it's a web browser window, then chances are you've lost whatever you were typing.

If your work IS lost, I'm very sorry to hear it. Use this opportunity to remind yourself why you should save your work on a regular basis.

Actually Bean, Bonnie knew what she was talking about when she wrote "recreational use of drugs". For example, muscle relaxants/sedatives such as Valium, or certain barbiturates are perfectly legal in the UK, but can also be used recreationally (ie as an enjoyable leisure activity - I'd hardly use t...

Re:

The silly thing is that "organizations" is the traditional English spelling. It's only when Britons realiZed that Americans were spelling it the same way that they changed to the S variety. So - Chris Berry is running for AU President. Can anyone name the other candidates off the top of their head?
