Quoting from 23:37, 25th Mar 2008 Does anyone have any clue who's going to be playing the grad ball? I hear Dundee have the amazing Venga Boys and Rachel Stevens for their ball, which sounds like a pretty hard act to follow. The Venga Boys and Rachael Stevens....well thats two reasons not to bother...

Graduation Ball 2008

Does anyone know anything about it yet? I noticed that the dinner menu was up today in the general office. How much do the tickets usually cost?

Thanks

I think some one has put three separate statements together and come out with an outlandish statement, just for fun and to start a rather intereting titled thread. Very clever.

Oh and very mature Gealle....

Quoting maenad from 23:20, 4th Mar 2008 Isn't it extremely difficult to get tickets for the Last Night? Re:

Utter nonsense. If we change the Proms to make them more user friendly, they won't be the Proms any more! They won't be "quintessentially British" and if that is what they are trying to promote, they should just leave things the way they are, if anything bring back tradition rather than tearing it t...

Re:

A scientist on the team might not go a miss. But I suppose (well I hope) that was taken into account when the team was being selected. Not too bad an effort though. No disgrace to be put out in the quarter finals.
Well done for getting this far!

Re:

The short answer is yes we are elitist. Only today was it on the news that even by the age of 5 poorer students who were brighter than their richer peers were being pushed a side and let down in this country. So it is not just St Andrews. It is Britain and I daresay the world. Money mad the lot of t...
