Re:

It can be pretty daunting moving into a flat for the first time, so I can understand wanting to gather as much info as possible at an early stage! Students are exempt from paying council tax though so that's one less thing to worry about! :) As for bills, it really depends on who you rent from. Some...

Quoting Gealle from 10:57, 2nd Mar 2008 2007 graduates are exempted. Those of us unfortunate enough to have graduated in 2005/6 will not be refunded, though. That's really shit. The whole idea of the fee was clearly flawed, so it's unfair you can't get your money back. [hr] Have no fear of perfecti...

Graduate Endowment Abolished!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/6744559.stm http://ukpress.google.com/article/ALeqM5iMyMZN73HKy-CF0UllAyvli2wcBg I must say I am very pleased about this!! :D However, does this mean that students who graduated last summer will still have to pay the fee in this coming April? Re:

I had no idea Rage were playing, or the Prodigy! Both are awesome and totally would have had me sold on going had I knew.

I was just expecting the usual bunch of cloned indie bands so didn't check the line up! :P

Is anyone else struggling to log into Webmail? It keeps informing me that "Login failed for some reason. Most likely your username or password was entered incorrectly" despite entering everything correctly dozens of times! If anyone else is having difficulty I guess it shows there is something wrong...

Re:

Hi! When I lived in halls in first year, I became friends with a girl who left school after 5th year, at age 16, so you aren't entirely alone in your situation - but in my experience most people come to uni after 6th year (like me) or even after a gap year so are at generally about 18. In my opinion...

Re:

I've noticed that the live nights are generally organised by Musfund, and they tend to send out lots of detailed messages on Facebook if you are a member of their group on there. In fact, sometimes they send too many! lol I agree there doesnt seem to be many physical adverts around town though... Pe...
