Re:

You say on another thread that Star FM is 'exclusively for St Andrews' students', yet locals can and do pick up the frequency and listen in. Obviously the station should always be run by students, but don't you think you should consider how the station is perceived by non-students? [hr] 'If somethin...

Quoting exnihilo from 11:51, 14th Mar 2006
It was always a joy living on Murray Place. Somehow, no matter what the weather the Tudor was never our drinking hole of choice. Odd.

Amazingly yourself and Mr Wilson still get junk mail.

Too right the Tudor's renovations have gone too far. The cowboys doing all the work have made a right mess of my garden as they throw tons of stuff out of top floor windows into their big skip.

Quoting exnihilo from 11:03, 20th Feb 2006 So you're actually castigating me for saying something that hadn't been said before? Or for amplifying the sentiment expressed in others? Oh dear God. Did I at any point intimate that someone else said what I had? No. I merely said that I loved discussions...

He was so well marketed, that's what gets me. You've not heard of him, then a few TV ads and he's number one. There's so much that's better. Take Steven Fretwell. Works hard, sounds great, gets nowhere.

Very clever marketing, mind.

To all libertarians - was it not John Stuart Mill who said that the government should only interfere to protect people?

I would die before I voted Tory.

I would never vote for a party led by murderer Tony Blair.

I voted Lib Dem last election but they are a shower of shite now.

Who the hell am I supposed to vote for? Greens, I suppose.

Exactly the same thing happened to me in that module. E-mail the module co-ordinator to go through your exam paper with him. I did, and have done better in exams since.

You probably just need to improve your technique.
