The only difference being that a tattoo is a lot more permanent than an item of clothing or a piercing. A tattoo is slightly different from getting a new haircut I would have thought.

Why is it tragic? Some people are up at that time of night anyway so it would make sense to do your laundry then if you feel like it.

Its only dangerous if people take it seriously. The suggestion for the location of a new non-smoking area was to have it in what is currently the games room. I prefer sitting in the main part of the Union as do most people. I think ventilation is the only way to go. A seperate no smoking bit, eg in the games room, would suck. Most people have friends that smoke or would want to be in the main part of the union anyway, either to be close to the bar, other friends or on karaoke night.

Our hall is still having an election for Computer Rep - they're there to help and manage the website as well as the pc room.
