I'm not really taking a side, but I'd just to mention that there are many arguments against evolution which are based on scientific grounds, e.g. articles at: http://www.answersingenesis.org/ The point made earlier about the use of "theory" in the scientific sense meaning something more concrete tha...

Two points. - Even if passive smoking kills fewer people than might be suggested by the coverage, it still kills. - Smokers' rights ... WACADAY ... and Mallet's Mallet (still a meaningful phrase and a fun game for all) lives on in many memories, as does Pinky Punky, the gobby irritating mallet. Sadly, I fear Magic, the budgie, is long since flapped on to the big golden cage in the sky.

No ideas either.

However, if someone were to want a successful business in St. Andrews, and if they could set up an affordable, but good quality, T-shirt / Rugby shirt / hoodie business, they'd rake it in! All those halls and societies, with no travel to Dundee or elsewhere.

How about the nice middle road of sensible trimming to keep the shrubbery under control? Keeps the masculine hair, but keeps it tidy too. I'm of the opinion that hair is fine and expected of a guy, but that doesn't mean one cannot carry out some essential pruning for aesthetic purposes.

Most first year Philosophy modules are easy, easy, easy, especially for people in the upper years who can think - even the Logic modules. However, fi you're in Honours Philosophy, you've probably done them all by now. Also, most tend to be 10 Credit moudles.

Phew ... I was relieved to see who started this thread. However curious one may be, as I am, abouthte verity of answers to said poll, I would never regard it too seriously.

Anyway - next logical polls will be Scots, Welsh, Irish, Americans, French ... and anyone else we can think of, I'm sure.
