Japanese lessons - Edinburgh/Glasgow

Does anyone know of places in either city which offer japanese lessons? Also I don't have much money ideally i would prefer to work with a japanese person and help them with their english in exchange for helping me with japanese, but i'm unsure how to go about how to arrange this as I don't know any japanese.

Try asking Edinburgh university - they run a kind of tandem(?) scheme to set up people to exchange language skills (don't think you need to be a student -not sure exactly who organises it - maybe contact the IALS department - they run evening language classes)
