Saintmail & Blackberry

Has anyone else had problems getting Saintmail on a Blackberry, despite following instructions on uni website?
And have you found a way round the prob?

Works for me, did you create your Google-side password? As this is what you need to use for the setup

I could do with some help with this too - think I have created a side password. I'm able to send emails using the blackberry from my saintmail address, but not recieving them to the phone!

I'm having the same problem - sending from my st andrews account but e-mails never arrive to my phone. It's quite frustrating. Would IT services be able to help or are they likely to tell me to go away?
