Hello,
I am an incoming PhD student and have a question regarding the university's accommodation. Are the David Russell apartments the only en suite rooms available for postgraduates? According to the university's webpage en suite rooms are being added to Fife Park, but I wasn't sure if the construction was completed.

There are some en suite rooms in a postgraduate house the University owns on Hope Street. Possibly elsewhere too. Albany park while not en suite has a fairly limited number of people sharing.
