INFORMATION on 5, Brewster Place, KY16 8JY

Hi,
I've been offered this university managed property for the next academic year: 5, Brewster Place, KY16 8JY). It's a one bed flat. The student accommodation office informed me that they have no pictures of their managed properties and that it is not possible to view the flat in advance as there are tenants in the property. I was wondering if anyone has got any information regarding the size, furnishings, or the general state of the flat, or perhaps how could I get in touch with the tenants for some pictures. I am very interested in this property but I have never rented a place without viewing it before. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance with this.

Well! You're in luck, sort of. 6 Brewster Place (the flat directly upstairs) is currently on the market, and the dimensions and photographs of it should give you a reasonable idea, assuming a similar layout.

Looks very similar to the house I stayed in in Younger Gardens, so relatively recently built, possibly by the same builders. Should be pretty good.
