The second bedroom in my 2 bedroom flat on Hope Street is available for next year. It is a 12 month lease, de facto starting from July 1st (more details available), and the room is 650 per month. It is a lovely and spacious flat, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and a long kitchen and utility room. It also has a large private garden. Everything was redone two years ago, so the place feels fairly new. Finally, Hope Street is an unbeatable location.
