I have a 3 dbl bedroom house in St Andrews that I am looking to rent until august 2014. It is currently being decorated and furnished but should be ready by the middle of January. My letting agent suggested that we should be getting £400 - £425 per room for two bedrooms because we don't have an HMO yet.
