I just moved into a new place, 7 Logies Lane, that has an extra room.

The lease runs from 1 Februrary to 1 June (the landlord rents it to tourists over the summer).

Your monthly rent would be 265 plus utilities.

The place is tidy and clean. There is a kitchen and a bathroom, but otherwise no common space. Just the essentials.

I have not hooked up internet or tv, so this would be on you.

Ideally a male postgrad, but an utterly sensible and studious fourth year might also work.
