Hi,

We have one room available in a six person flat for next academic year on Bridge Street, close to town. Four of us will be going into fourth year, and one into third.

The rent is £150 per week for 11 months; the flat has been recently refitted to a very high standard, with modern appliances and good insulation - bills are relatively low as a result. There are two bathrooms, a lounge/dining area and an additional lounge, as well as a garden. Private landlords, who have always been very helpful.
