2 Rooms in 4-Room House available for next year

A fourth year & a PhD student looking for two new house mates in a lovely, all-female house on Canongate, 20 minutes from town.
The two available rooms are spacious and we are open to pairs or individuals applying. Rent is £360 a month per room excluding utilities.
We would love two people that we get along with so, if interested, do mail me (ivb@st-andrews.ac.uk) to briefly introduce yourself/ yourselves and we can organize a house viewing.
