We're in a 2 bedroom flat on the Lamond Drive, walking distance to ALDI, Morrisons, primary schools or town. Very convenient for life. Now we're moving out from the first of May. If you want to take over, I can introduce you to our letting agency or landlord directly. The property is on the ground floor, fully furnished and has 2 spacious double-bed rooms, one big sitting room, hallway, one bath room and one big kitchen. It also has quite big back and front gardens. Current rent is £730 pcm excluding bills but I don't think they will increase it because it was just increased this year.
