Location: Bobby Jones Place, St Andrews (near Morrisons), twenty minutes walk from South Street.
What: Large bedroom in 1st (top) floor flat. The flat is six years old and has double-glazing throughout. The room has a double bed, desk, chair, large wardrobe, and a view over St Andrews towards the sea. Access to kitchen facilities is included. You would be sharing the flat with a 28-year old member of university staff. The room would be suitable for a professional person or a postgrad student. The room is not suitable for those who want to be noisy / live a student-type lifestyle (you know what I mean). Additionally, the room is not suitable for music-haters as flat owner is a pianist and practises regularly (on the other side of the flat).
Written agreement to a set of reasonable house rules is required. No smoking or pets.
When: Available from May 2014
Rent: £375 per month plus shared bills: council tax, electricity, gas, stair cleaning etc.
