Wanted: 3 bedrooms for PGs from 08/14 on 1 year lease

We are three postgraduates (2 PhD students in English Lit & an MLitt in Philosophy) looking for a furnished 3-bedroom flat/house from mid August 2014 til August 2015 in St Andrews. Ideally £350pppm ono. If you know of anywhere that would fit this mould please do send us a message - el39. Thanks! :D
