I am a final year PhD student in physics and currently looking for a house mate. It's a three bedroom house, two stories, front and rear garden, garage and in a quiet location in St Andrews about 25 minutes walk from the centre. The lease (by a letting agency) will be based on a one year contract starting from 6th of August and comes to 412.50 ₤ per month excluding bills (Gas, electricity and internet of about 35 ₤).
