WANTED: ONE or TWO BEDROOM FLAT FOR PHD COUPLE 2015-2016

Hi,
I'm looking for a one or two bedroom flat or house in St Andrews for the academic year 2015-2016 for a couple both doing PhDs.
We are looking for something in the range of 550-750 pcm for the property (not including bills). We would prefer to move in September, but we could also commit to moving in this summer already if that is more convenient.
