I am leaving Scotland and looking for someone to take over my flat in central Cupar. The flat is on the first floor in a quiet area but just 100m away from the shops in the town centre. It's very close to the Cooperative supermarket and only a 10 min walk from Cupar train Station.
The flat is clean and cosy with electricity heating. It's unfurnished but I can leave some of my furniture (double bed, sofa, tables..) for a small extra cost.
Rent is £385 excluding bills. Council tax band B. The landlord is very nice and flexible and he lives very close by so if you have any problem, he is always available to help.
