Spacious double bedroom and study room in a large, beautiful house, central location/near West Sands, contract from Sep 2015 - June 2016. You would be sharing the house with me, final year biology PhD student. As I'm going to be focused on finishing my thesis I would prefer to live with another postgrad student.
