A lovely double bedroom with a private bathroom available in a bright semi-detached house with a garden, located a 10-15 min walk away from town, Aldi, Morrison's and East Sands beach. The house has a spacious living room a lovely dining area, a twin guest bedroom, and a garage. The kitchen is fully equipped. You would be sharing with a 2nd year postgraduate student from the school of Biology. I'm looking for a nice, tidy postgrad or a young professional, move-in date is negotiable, the contract runs until the end of July 2016 with a possibility of extension.
