Flat wanted from May 2016

I am looking for a one or two bedroom flat anytime from May/June/July/August 2016 until June 2017.
I am a PhD student and will be entering my final year so I would like somewhere peaceful where I can write up my thesis.

I know it is a bit late to the party, but I am currently looking to replace myself in a flat share. Its a two bed flat on Boase Avenue, sharing with one other PhD student.

The availability is from March until June with the possibility of extending for next academic year as well.
