Spacious room available from 3rd January in a beautiful and modern two bedroom flat (long term contract), £400 a month (excluding electricity bills), 15 mins walk to city centre, next to Aldi and all supermarkets. Preference is given to a Ph.D. student who wants to live in a nice and clean atmosphere.
