There is a room available in two bed flat on Boase Avenue from March until June. There is also a possibility of extending for next academic year as well.

Shared bathroom, decent sized kitchen, living/dinning room, with large garden. Good relations with landlord. You would be taking over my share of the tenancy sharing with one male CompSci PhD student. Rent is currently 340.00 GBP per person per month with bills expected to be approx. 50.00 GBP per month.

On average amount payable would be approx. 390.00 GBP per month.
