Room available for summer & 2016/2017 academic year

I have a room on Lamond Drive (right off of pipeland road) available for the upcoming academic year but the lease can start sooner! preferably in August... It's a 13 min walk from town (I timed it myself), a single bed, great natural light and you'd be living with a PhD student and a working professional. Rent is £460/month plus utilities.
