I have a 2 bedroom flat for rent in the lovely village of Ceres, 7 miles from St Andrews (there is a regular bus service). The flat is a substantial size (~56sqm) and in very good decorative order. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The flat is available Sept - Dec although rental periods of slightly different periods would be considered. The rent is exclusive of bills. (If only one tenant can be found a lower rent for the property could be negotiated.)
