Double bedroom available in quiet street in the centre of St Andrews.

The flat is in Howard Place, less than a minutes walk to St Andrews student union and less than ten minutes walk from North Haugh.

The bedroom looks on to a shared communal park.

The bedroom has two single beds which can be pushed together to form a double bed, desk, a large wardrobe, seats and other storage. Shared access to a kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
There is also a large living room and bathroom.

You would be sharing with PhD student in her 20's. The landlord stays in the property over the summer months.

Looking for a postgraduate or mature student to move in with the contract starting the first of October. (It may be possible to move slightly earlier than this). Unfortunately short term contracts of a few months are not possible.

Rent £490 per month. Bills (gas, electricity and broadband) shared between residents.
