15 Southfield is a modern flat with king-size beds and an open plan kitchen/livingroom area. As one of the rooms is ensuite you'd be sharing the main bathroom with only one other flatmate. It is in an ideal location as it is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town.
We are two (currently) 3rd year girls. Our other flatmate is a third year medic and so is graduating this Summer.
The lease is 12 months starting on the 1st July 2017 and rent is around £503 per calendar month.
