The house is on Lamond Drive (300 yards from the Largo Road side so easy to get to Aldi and Morrisons)
10 month lease from September 2013 to June 2014. (Optional rent for Summer 2013 and/or Summer 2014 if you need to stay in St Andrews for longer)
One large and 2 medium sized bedrooms. All fully furnished.
£100/week for the large room and £95/week for each of the medium rooms.
HMO Registered, central heating throughout and new double glazed windows fitted a couple of months ago.
