Well amened house over 3 floors; large kitchen and living room, one full bathroom and a toilet downstairs. £475 pcm excluding bills – 11 and a half month contract starting Mid June 2013 until end of May 2014.

We will be going into our third year – medical student and an IR student, girl and guy. Ideally looking for 2 others in the same year but welcome all contact. Must be non-smoker, tidy, clean and responsible.
