26 year old guy looking for girl

Postby scientist on Sun Sep 19, 2010 10:53 am

I'm a 26 year old guy living in St Andrews. I'm looking for a girl to have a few drinks with and maybe more. Freshers welcome!

Sell myself? To you?! With only a 'small slice' of your life to spend then you wouldn't be able to afford me.

In not being presumptuous you've set the standard a little low. Raise the bar a little higher and I might even take the time to consider your 'medium slice'.

Well I have to admit to being slightly cautious over your approach to sporadic punctuation and capitalisation in your replies. The slipping standards there made me think you might just be an another average woman but I'm glad you've moved to clear up any concerns. High standards all round it seems.

What do I have to offer? The Earth, a couple of stars and maybe a bit of the moon if you are lucky. Oh and a wicked smile, I always forget to add that.

Interesting.... Not sure how much use the moon would be but a wicked smile is always niiice.
I dont understand why you are afraid of my punctuation though? Unless you are a slightly anal english student in which case we will not be a very good match...

The moon can be useful if you want one of those atmospheric nights by the sea where the water is bathed in moonlight. The great news is that I'm not a slightly anal English student and therefore we must be a very good match.

I'm sure you can come up with plenty of uses for the moon if you push your imagination a little. Given that I don't qualify as a slightly anal English student then I'll have to take it that we are a very good match. Interesting....

Oh i have many uses for the moon, from sitting out on the sea waiting for waves watching its light make the water sparkle, to running through glittery woods as it shines off the frost.
And then of course its best use on long dreamy nights as you said, by the sea creating a magic atmosphere :)
so you are not the dreaded anal student....yes that is interesting...

Ah, a little imagination and a hint of adventure. That might be 'interesting'...and possibly even fun.

So I'm not the dreaded anal student. How is thar interesting?

You might well be right. I may both be fun and have a sense of humor. How ever will you find out?

Of course this is far more fun. It has mystery and intrigue.

I was tempted by the idea of sky-writing, but that would require a plane and a pilot. In the meantime, let's see how far your curiosity can take you...

sky writing is an amazing idea! Pity about the cost, however i hear chalk is cheap these days...
Or i imagine a herd of painted elephants charging down market street may work.
