Em im sorry but am i the only one to notice that there are a couple of girls who have been in the union for the past few nights dressed as neds? Wearing random clothes and stuff? Or am i just being stupid and thats maybe their dress sense?

It's highly possible that the girls in question live at DRA as there is a thread on the DRA message board about a very similar thing. It's not just in the union they've been shouting stuff.

If they come back to the Union and start bothering people, could someone pop inside and tell a member of doorstaff or porter? If they're yelling "jobbie" in front of the building, obviously that's not a very nice thing to have to walk through when a student is trying to get into the Union, where it's supposed to be sort of a haven.
