two issues: salad bowl, slushy machine

1. Ents people.

Please, please, buy something like this for the salad bowl.

The only other option for people hooking up a laptop to the projector is to take the back of the projector box and plug the scart cable in manually. (e.g. when you are doing TV out -> SCART, you can't use the connector near the window, in the salad bowl).

With one of these boxes, the wall cable can be plugged into the box, and the laptop can be plugged into the box, et voila, it works with no hassle.

I mentioned this to someone before, so maybe it will have been bought already but I suspect not.

2. Slushy machine.

Fantastic. Utterly brilliant.

For me, probably the most important change to have taken place in the union in the last 7 years. Now if only you could bring back a beat-em-up game (street fighter 2? or the old xmen vs. marvel superhero beat-em-up game?) I'd be able to graduate a happy man.

cheers.

Are you sure? If they do, they must have bought it recently. I spoke to the ents guys and the doorstaff in November when I was doing a film night, and they couldn't find anything.

Oh well, nice one, if one has been bought - should save me hassle the next time I'm playing dvds :)
