How very Monty Python of you, Douglas. I do, however, agree that Chavs should be shot on sight.

I agree Chav hunting would benefit all, especially redundant red coats and hounds. You can just imagine a swearing chav legging it down the street followed by baying dogs and guys on horses shouting 'tally-ho'
Gentlemen clubs all over the country could have their very own chav-skin rug :) Kappa/ Adidas species

VERY good Andy! I'm very impressed! Wish I was that good at Photoshoping :-(

Think I might try and teach myself a bit more. Didn't you make a site a while back that was a house with things in the windows and a garage where you had to turn on the flouresent lights etc? That was very cool too.

I bow down to your great supiriority (sorry for the great lack of spelling ability - I blame Bill Gates, whatr with his programs that check your spelling. Come to think about it I blame him for my VERY bad hand writing too! Bastard! ;-) )

Is classism as bad as racism? There are similarities. How can one be acceptabe and the other so taboo?

A chav does not belong to a particular social class. A chav is defined by it's actions.

These actions which define a chav are socially unacceptable, therefore I feel that this form of critisim of chavs is acceptable

It's a bit like hating Neo-Nazis or the KKK. The general consensus is that these people really don't contribute to society in a meaninguful way except to keep Burberry counterfitters in business.

Actually, what's a Chav? How do people decide if you're a Chav? And wearing Burberry is frowned upon in the UK?

A chav is typically a working class person who spends their money on faux Burb and faux bling, and then mixes it with sports gear.

The archetype would be Addidas trainers, Nike track suit bottoms, white t-shirt or polo (popped collar is a bonus) and a Burberry print NY Yankees hat.

No one frowns on people who wear Burberry, unless you do it like a chav...

See also, Chavish (adj), Chavtastic (adj).

Edit: After a quick Google image search, I found an illustration to go along with the definition
