Rocky Horror Shouts and Props

Can someone give the various things you have to shout at The Rocky Horror (Picture) Show? I know there's no hard-and-fast list set in stone, but I do know there are more than just arsehole (Brad) and slut (Janet).

What about props? I've heard of newspapers and water pistols for the rain storm bit, but what else?

I seem to remember a line about taking a break or something and everyone chucking Kit Kats at the stage. I think they try and discourage the throwing of chocolate bars at the actors these days..
