Oh shit, my life is officially over when this bad-boy comes out. How many hours have I lost in the past trying to launch a genocidal war against the mongols in a bid to exterminate the blighters before they discover the secret of 'iron working'. How many times have I thought 'just one more turn' looked down and realised id been up for most of the night trying to launch my godddamn spaceship. Anyone else in the same boat?.

Anyway, just to throw a dampener, there have been lots of graphical incompatibilities with cards that are not nvidia and plenty of memory leaks necessitating regular reboots. In other words, look out soon for a patch.

Please note that Civ4 is £20 from amazon and £17 from some other websites. They're scared of competition from AoE3 or something I suppose.

In other words, its dirt cheap for a new release. Considering how many hours you'll get out of it, theres no excuse not to buy it!
