why aren't there any raves in St. Andrews??!! where's the night club? can't we convert the empty golf museum into a skanky night club?

Golf Club Museum isn't structurally sound, and it can't isolate sound ( i.e. you couldn't have a Drum and Bass Room, and a Hip Hop Room because the noise would carry over from one room into the other)

And the fact that the building reverberates at key frequencies doesn't help the case much either.
