public internet access in St Andrews

Does anybody know anywhere in St Andrews where non uni people can get public access to the internet? I know Costa used to have it but do they still have it? Anywhere else? Cheers.

I heard 1 Golf Place has it, but I've never tried.

1 Golf Place (last I checked, maybe I'm wrong here) had free wireless, though it doesn't actually have any internet points.

The public library have free internet if you register for it, and global video have some internet pcs.

i think that beanscene place might have free wireless as well (what is it with coffee shops?). never tried though.
