Echoing the above somewhat, getting to Paris has been the best thing that has happened to me so far. A good way to start the year i feel!

Despite having literally the worst couple of months last semester, and treating it as the academic equivalent of a train crash, I still managed to not fail an exam. Which is good, I've been busy with close misses and such-like since many moons ago...

Reassuring, but I suspect I could have done better with a kick up the arse. Feel free to try'n catch me by surprise...

probably learning how to play a lag style of poker successful. realising i must stay a grinder rather than try to be a balla at higher limits. finishing those fucking exams was a great feeling. opening the exam paper of the environmental economics exam and seeing that i could do two essay questions. finding out one of my best mates could make a shed load of money very soon (we are talking millions). and it's not becuase ill try to jack some off him, becuase i wouldnt, its becuase he sodding deserves it.

winning a 4 way all in hand on the flop yesterday was pretty cool.
