RON is On!

I have been lead to understand that there will be an official campaign meeting for RON tomorrow afternoon at 4.15 in TP's.
I have been reliably informed that there is an exciting and innovative campaign being planned.

Tomorrow is Thursday, the day after is Friday - the day of the election. It's going to be quite some campaign if it manages to destroy the other candidates in a little over 24 hours.

Believe me. It's going to be good. A very, very catchy and attention grabbing campaign.
Just be there. We need help Thursday night and all day Friday.

Doesn't Marco have a point... who would we be re-opening nominations for? Do you have anyone in particular in mind?

The main aim of the campaign is to show certain people that the student body of St. Andrews is not going to be intimidated by cheating and irresponsible behaviour. If we win, then that is a bonus. If we were to get a RON vote of more than 15% above random, then it would show them that we will not be defeated.

And I have some fun games for the coming year that I hope you'll all join in with me for.

Someone should run from the Sinner on an anti-sleaze policy.

Things like that are to be discussed for the coming year. Turn up tomorrow and I'd like to have a word with you about some of my plans.

Considering who the features editor is, I kind of know what to expect.

I'm not sure if I can make that but if I'm not there I'll probably be in the main Union bar in the evening.

OK, bad choice of words. Perhaps if I change it to we will not be ignored?

I object to that! What did I ever do to deserve a vote winning hate campaign! If you do get a RON win, I may just have to run on a PRO-sleaze policy!!

More school girl bops, cheaper alcohol for beautiful women, official version of Prophet's 'miss busty St Andrews'...

VOTE SLEAZE! Policies we can all enjoy...!!!!!!

For anyone who attends the meeting - apologies in advance for the truly dreadful slogan that's to be used on the election day fliers. All my fault. I still can't believe I came up with it. :P

I think it's pretty funny actually, Saki and the campaign has a couple of fringe benefits too :P
