Annie Leibowitz Disney stuff

I spotted these on another forum this moring, they're quite special. I'm impressed (and not just because of Jessical Biel). What do other people think though - a lot of people seem to be commenting that they're all a bit gimmicky but I think they're quite in with the Disney spirit.

I don't actually think thy are that good. Almost all of them seem to portray motion, and yet they all look completely still, if you know what I mean?

I like the style of them, although I'd like to know how much post processing was done on them.

There also seems to be a lot of discussion as to whether J-Lo should be portraying a Persian, or whether Beyonce really ought to be cast as Alice in Wonderland. I'm not that bothered about the race stuff to be honest, what do you think?

I think Beyonce's and Oliver Platt's faces are just perfect in their photo. Lyle is a non-entity, the background, wallpaper. But Beyonce's expression of "what the hell am I doing here" looking straight at the camera perfectly compliments Platt's "I've got a scheme up my sleeve".
Some seem too staged-- Scarlett needs to be running and be a little scared, not giving a perfect model pose!
Mickail's too old to be Peter Pan and so is Giselle to be Wendy.

Whoopi Goldberg scares the hell out of me to be honest. Moreso now.
